Q: What time do you arrive before the fountain starts?
A: We require 1.5hrs to set up the fountain before running it. If you require us on site earlier then we will charge downtime at £25 per hour.

Q: How long do we get the fountain for?
A: You can hire the fountain for either 3 hours or 4 hours running time. So for example if you book the fountain for 3 hours and you want it to start at 7.30pm it will run until 10.30pm.

Q: What if we require you to stop the fountain for an hour whilst guests have dinner and/or speeches?
A: If you require us to stop during the middle of the session then as long as your 3 or 4 hours hasn't been used there will be no charge, however if you want us to run for 2 hours, stop for 1 hour and then run again for 1 or 2 hours then there would be 1 hour down time charged at £25 per hour.

Q: How do I book?
A: You can either call us or email us with details of the date you require the fountain, the package you are interested in and the venue details. We will check if we are available for your date.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes we require a £70.00 non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
